Lake Esparron
Just a 5-minute drive from the campsite, you can easily take a half-day trip to Lac d’Esparron. It’s a wild and beautiful landscape. Whether you approach it by car or on foot, you’ll be charmed. We’ll be happy to advise you on what you can do on Lac d’Esparron de Verdon.
This man-made lake boasts a number of very active water sports and leisure facilities (pedal boats, canoes, windsurfing, etc.). Fishing is also very popular.
Lake Sainte-Croix
Lac de Sainte-Croix can be reached in 15 minutes by car from the campsite. It’s the center of the nature park. It’s an ideal place for swimming. It’s easy to find places to stay around the lake, including the beaches at Salles sur Verdon and Bauduen. We’ll be happy to advise you on the best and least crowded spots.

Basses gorges du Verdon
The Verdon has carved out one of Europe’s most beautiful canyons. Close to our campsite, the Basses gorges du Verdon canyon lies between Moustier-Sainte-Marie and Castellane.
In 1997, in recognition of this outstanding heritage, the Verdon Regional Nature Park was created, encompassing the Alpes de Haute-Provence and the Var.
We can advise you on the best routes from the campsite to visit the Verdon Gorge. Allow a full day to enjoy the scenery.
